Notice to Tenants in xxx
As all you know
that the property management company – xxx had resigned on xxx. The manager of
xxx was taken by our newly setup “Incorporated Owners of xxxx” (IO) instead.
Owing to the shortage
of fund, “Owners’ Meeting” (meeting) was held on xxxx and approved to rise up
the management fee by x%. In the meantime, owners were required to prepaid x
months management fee to cope with huge expenses (such as lift maintenance,
